Why did you join Kaupthing Bank?
I joined Kaupthing because I saw a great opportunity to be part of an ambitious team in a fast-growing bank

How would you describe your role at Kaupthing Bank?
I work in the M&A team where we advise on a range of transactions including public and private company acquisitions and disposals. This often involves working closely with Kaupthing's Leveraged Finance and Principal Investments teams.

What do you like most about working at Kaupthing Bank?
I particularly like the non-hierarchical approach within the Bank. People are encouraged to take on responsibility wherever possible which makes it a very rewarding place to work.
