Please observe that the deadline for filing claims passed on midnight 30 December 2009. According to Article 118 of the Act on Bankruptcy ect. No. 21/1991 if a claim was not filed within the deadline the claim against Kaupthing hf. is considered null and void unless the exceptions specified in sub-paragraphs 1 – 6 of Article 118 are applicable.
