ICC Meetings
The Informal Creditors’ Committee ("ICC") is a structured forum and provides ongoing dialogue of the Resolution Committee with key creditors and creditors’ groups to take views from creditors into account. Important objective is to get direct feedback on key decisions and developments for the estate. The ICC does not have any formal decision power and is purely consultative in nature.
